Kalashnikov USA told me that any wood furniture that wasn't theirs wouldn't fit, but this took very minimal fitting to a set of hungarian hand guards. Looks phenomenally better than the stock plastic. And unfortunately I couldn't find any model around me that didn't have the 16in barrel. Hence the barrel shroud to kinda give it the look of an SBR.
Those are all in the $800-1,050 range. I ended up getting the M92. Excellent choice. Yes, it was designed to SBR and put a stock directly on it. You can see the folding mechanism in the rear of the receiver. Thank you for all the advice. I ended up getting the ZPAP 92 instead.
